VOR is a national, non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to ensuring that people with mental retardation and their families are able to access a full array of quality residential services and support options, including community and facility-based care.

 

For more than 20 years, we have worked to improve the quality of life for all people with mental retardation. VOR members include the family and friends of people with mental retardation, professionals, organizations and corporations who support high quality care with adequate funding and legal options.
